Not to use this incident for clicks, but obviously this is a big deal. I saw a video that has since been taken off the internet that shows Ortiz was shot in the back and he grabs his stomach on the way down, meaning that story is most likely correct. Very very scary stuff and the shooter runs off after. It doesn’t look like an attempted robbery, it just looks like a coward. Fortunately there are videos still up on the internet of the alleged shooter getting his head kicked around by some locals. Just in time for the World Cup.
